Description:

This Supervisors of CPS & CPPS Community of Practice Session will aim to give a general overview of defining neurodivergence, exploring where neurodiversity fits in with a disability justice framework, and addressing how intersectionality can be a barrier to navigating neurodivergence in the workplace. Participants will experience an introduction to the topic and leave with practical tools and resources for further exploration, self advocacy and to support systems transformation.
