Previous 2024 Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) Trainings: 

• Online CPS Training – WCS-sponsored & Access to Independence supported

This online CPS training scheduled between January 22nd, 2024 – February 8th, 2024 & applications open on Monday, November 13th, 2023 at 12pm (noon) & are scheduled to close Monday, December 11th, 2023 at 12pm (noon) or when 50 applications have been received. Applications will be accepted from residents of Milwaukee County.

• Online CPS Training – Kenosha County Division of Aging, Disability & Behavioral Health Services -sponsored & Access to Independence supported

This online CPS training scheduled between February 26th, 2024 – March 14th, 2024 & applications open on Monday, December 18th, 2023 at 12pm (noon) & are scheduled to close Monday, January 15th, 2024 at 12pm (noon) or when 50 applications have been received. Applications will be accepted from residents of Jefferson, Kenosha, Racine, Rock, Walworth Counties, and Ho-Chunk Tribe; preference to Kenosha County.

This online CPS training scheduled between March 25th, 2024 – April 13th, 2024 & applications open on Monday, January 29th, 2024 at 12pm (noon) & are scheduled to close Monday, February 26th, 2024 at 12pm (noon) or when 50 applications have been received. Applications will be accepted from residents of Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Sawyer, and Washburn; preference to residents of Douglas County.

This online CPS training scheduled between April 4th, 2024 – April 20th, 2024 & applications open on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at 12pm (noon) & are scheduled to close Thursday, February 29th, 2024 at 12pm (noon) or when 50 applications have been received. Applications will be accepted from residents of Columbia, Dane, Dodge, and Green County.
