Training dates: January 8th-10th & 13th-15th (8am-4pm each day)
The training will accept applications from residents of all counties served by the sponsor for this training, Midstate Independent Living Choices: Adams, Florence, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Taylor, Vilas, and Wood
You must live in one of the above mentioned counties, complete an application, and pass an interview to be selected for this training.
We are accepting applications now! The deadline to apply is December 6th, 2019.
