The Wisconsin Peer Specialist Employment Initiative – Community Building Project is excited to support the work Wisdom Windfall is doing in the area of addressing power, privilege and difference in the workplace. This training will prepare folx to practice greater awareness of microaggressions, unconscious bias, implicit biases, and now to navigate uncomfortable situations when these societal injustices show up internally externally, or when we witness these dynamics in the workplace. Join us in this opportunity to grow and receive 8-weeks of increased self-awareness & growth!
