Yes, we invited her back for another round and this time Tanya will be facilitating a topic she highly values and advocates for passionately in her supervisory role. While Tanya is excited to present and share her experience and understanding, she hopes to engage the Zoom Room experts in the room, in a deep dive discussion exploring the topic of self-care.  Participants will be invited into break out rooms and engage in a large group discussion to share their understanding and experience on and around changes in self-care, ideas around how supervisors can advocate for and create a work culture promoting self-care, and how to identify & avoid compassion fatigue & burnout.
